Meet our team! BIA Activity Co-ordinator, Terry Collier
Birmingham Irish • October 24, 2020
Here at Birmingham Irish, all services are carefully planned around our clients to provide optimal care and fulfil all specific needs. For this to be possible, we rely upon hard-working and flexible members of staff such as our Activity Co-ordinator, Terry.
Over the last few months, Terry's work has allowed us to adapt our mental and physical health services in ways we never thought possible.
From socially distanced computer classes to health walks, online seated exercise videos to managing our Elder Tuesday Social Club, he is doing an incredible job of keeping members of our community healthy in these critical times, both physically and mentally.
Thank you, Terry, for your wonderful work here, the lives of our clients are so much brighter because of it.
Our next edition of our newsletter will feature another fantastic staff member from our organisation, so make sure to stay tuned!
Welcome to another Birmingham Irish Association news update

“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the postponement of the St. Patrick's Parade on 16th March 2025. This decision has not been made lightly, and we deeply regret any disappointment."
On Tuesday 28th January, our Health enablement team hosted a ‘Health Day Event’ within the Tuesday club. Representatives from agencies we work with were in attendance.
At Birmingham Irish, we feel that the beautiful language of Gaelic is an extraordinary gift that should be passed down from generation to generation with immense pride.
