Invitation to commemorate the 47th Anniversary of the Birmingham Pub Bombings

Birmingham Irish • November 4, 2021

As November begins and the evening of the 21st draws ever closer, so do our preparations for the annual memorial dedicated to the 21 individuals who tragically lost their lives during the night of the Birmingham Pub Bombings of 1974.

November 2020 saw us take our annual ceremony, as well as thoughts, prayers and memories online, however we are delighted to announce that this year, we will gather together in person to our usual spot at The Trees memorial statue at Grand Central Plaza near New Street station at 7:45pm to commemorate.

This year, we are honoured to invite all those wishing to pay their respects as well as Ireland's Ambassador to the UK, Adrian O' Neill, to join us in remembering all those who died, as well as showing support for relatives with the ongoing campaign for Justice for the 21.
