To those who have donated to our 'Clubs Together' donation initiative so far, we can't tell you how much us, our clients and the wider community appreciate your generosity. You are helping to make sure that the most vulnerable members who are isolating throughout Birmingham are receiving the crucial support they need to stay safe, protected and loved.

In addition to our initiative, we will also be extending our services in a number of ways to ensure that our advice and assistance is easily accessible for all during the current circumstances.
Our new dedicated helpline is now in operation from 9:00am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week for those who need a hand to get shopping done, who have concerns about a loved one or even those who would just like a listening ear to have a chat with. As part of our new helpline service, we will also be offering pastoral support via our wide network of churches and places of worship.
If you know someone who is isolated, vulnerable or likely to need a bit more support over the coming months, please help spread the word to them, or alternatively, please give us a call to pass on their details if you have their permission to. Please be assured that all details will be kept confidential and only shared securely among organisations who are offering support during this period. Any information can be removed from our internal system at any time by request.
With the sense of community we have always shared, we will get through this tough time together!
