Meet our team! BIA Health Enablement Worker, Rosie Pocklington

Birmingham Irish • July 27, 2021

Since we opened doors to our first clients over 60 years ago, assistance with health, finance and all it surrounds has been an immensely critical aspect in serving our Birmingham communities. Due to an incalculable number of changes in circumstance over the course of the pandemic, this need has sadly soared to colossal heights.

That said, we feel incredible gratitude for our wonderful Health Enablement Worker, Rosie, as her wealth of knowledge and experience enables us to offer bespoke guidance of astounding quality to countless individuals in our city in their most crucial times of need.

As Rosie offers her brilliant counsel through both our one-to-one office appointments, walk in surgeries and individual support, she is able to guide each client through their own unique and sometimes, very stressful and frightening journeys step by step, in a kind, caring and warm way.

We are so exceedingly thankful that you are part of our team Rosie, as every day, you piece the lives back together of so many in our community who so desperately need a helping hand to get back on their feet.

Our next edition of our newsletter will feature another fantastic staff member from our organisation, so make sure to stay tuned!
